Cisco VPN Client and .pcf files.

Is there a built in vpn client that will allow you to use your .pcf files for VPN. I have tried to install Cisco vpn client 64bit client with wine, but it did not seem to finish. I am thinking there maybe some minor steps I have over looked or if there is a native client that exist on ubuntu 10.4 this would be great.
