Title: Agile Lead Developer
Duration: 3 months + (client generally extends)
Location: Silver Spring, MD
Rate: Competitive
Preference for local candidates who can go direct to F2F
Must have degree and be CSM (certified scrum master)
Bachelors and 6+ years
Agile development, CSM (certified scrum master)
Must have strong Agile Experience (6+ years) and Team Lead Experience (3+ years)
Knowledge of Classic .ASP, WEB SERVICES, XML, .Net, preferred
Should be proficient in the creation and review of technical specifications and test plans, and writing operational documentation with technical authors
1. Responsible for the design, development, documentation, review and maintenance of complex information technology systems and strategic development initiatives.
2. Responsible for high-level and detail design of growth initiatives, working with development teams through the project life cycle, as well as writing and developing code within projects.
3. Prototyping systems and solutions.
4. Research, design, writing and testing new software programs in compliance with standards.
5. Maintain and enhance existing systems by analyzing and identifying areas for modification as well as monitoring, identifying and correcting software defects.
6. Work closely with other staff, such as project leaders, project directors, graphic artists, systems analysts, and sales and marketing professionals.
7. Keep management apprised of the status of assigned work through timely and accurate record keeping.
8. Responsible for multiple Web-based information systems development and maintenance, utilizing cutting- edge information technologies to support government contract projects.
9. Will lead and train Project Teams utilizing Agile Development Methodology
