Job Title: Mainframe Project Lead

Job Qualifications Required for Mainframe Project Leader Position:
· Extensive working knowledge of CICS internal structures.
· Excellent knowledge of COBOL applications programming
· Excellent knowledge of CICS commands level programming.
· Excellent knowledge of VSAM
· Have planning ability sufficient to schedule and direct all phases of systems development life cycle.
· Have analytical ability sufficient to evaluate adequacy of existing systems to meet user needs and develop enhancements when required
· Have knowledge of manual and IS systems and programming sufficient to design and document new systems;
· Have oral communication skills sufficient to discuss systems needs with user department staff;
· Have supervisory skills sufficient to assign work to subordinates and oversee performance of this work
