You expertly investigate and analyze customer problems to ensure that products and solutions are accomplishing the customer’s objectives. You autonomously execute special assignments and creatively prioritize deadlines to get the job done. Roles & Responsibilities · You will provide support for Redknee products deployed on customer sites across the globe; · Work to resolve production issues and meet the laid down SLA’s. · Escalate Trouble Tickets to appropriate person if necessary. · Prepare for and perform on-site and/or remote installations/upgrades of Redknee application(s) software and relevant third party products; · Support New Release activities. · Prepare incident reports and Method of procedure for Software upgrades , emergency patches. · Test the releases in Lab nodes. · Act as a central point of contact in resolving issues/facilitate in mitigating issues that take place in the production environment
Technical Skills The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of relevant experience in technical/product support and hands-on experience on majority of the below listed areas: · Should have a very good working knowledge of Oracle (Skills-PL/SQL, SQL) · UNIX knowledge and expertise; · Working knowledge of high availability, high throughput, real time, mission critical system · Working knowledge of TCP/IP protocol, network topology (switch load balancer, router) · Working knowledge of 3GPP, GPRS, DIAMETER protocol, RADIUS protocol, IMS architecture, SGSN OR GGSN etc. ·Experience with shell and perl scripting is advantageous; · Experience working with billing systems preferred;
